Cancellation Policy

  1. Conference Registration Cancellation:

    • All registrations for the conference are considered final. Due to the limited number of seats and the planning required for this event, no refunds will be provided for cancellations, regardless of the reason.
    • If you are unable to attend, your registration can be transferred to another individual within your organization. Please notify us in writing at admin@krssdimys24.com with the new participant’s details by respective Transfer Deadline Date.
  2. Transfer of Registration:

    • Registrations are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by informing us via email at admin@krssdimys24.com before respective Transfer Deadline Date.
    • After the transfer deadline, no changes to the attendee list will be accepted.

Refund Policy

  1. No Refund Policy:

    • No refunds will be issued for any cancellations, non-attendance, or changes in participation. Please ensure your availability before registering for the event.
  2. Event Cancellation:

    • In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled or postponed by the organizers, participants will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to either transfer your registration to the rescheduled date or receive a full refund of the registration fee.
    • Refunds will only be processed if the event is officially cancelled by the organizing committee.
  3. Force Majeure:

    • If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies), no refunds will be provided. However, your registration will be transferred to the rescheduled event date.
